God commissioned the apostle Paul to preach the good news to the Gentiles. His assignment was certain, and God’s anointing was evident upon him for the task. As Paul clarified his role in the kingdom to the Ephesian believers, he made one thing perfectly clear:
Through faith in Him, we can approach God with freedom and confidence!
Astounding! Many before us cowered in fear, awe, and silence in God’s presence. Even His presence during angelic visitations caused people to fall down as though dead. Now, through Christ, we have been invited to freely and confidently draw near.
Do we approach with reverence? Of course. Do we come close in awe? Absolutely. The invitation has been given; now, we must initiate action and movement toward the King of Kings and the Ancient of Days. Draw near, come close, enter in, and find mercy, grace, and rest in His presence. - Pastor Jimmy
