I had lunch this week with a brother who, as a teen, stood on the shore watching Pastor Chuck Smith and hippie evangelist Lonnie Frisbee baptize hundreds of young people at Pirate’s Cove Beach.
It opened the door for him to eventually hear the Gospel and become a follower of Jesus. When he saw and heard the message of Christ, faith came, and he received Jesus and was transformed.
He works for a worldwide ministry that has planted thousands of churches all over the world. He saw, he heard, faith came, he received, and his eternal destiny was changed.
If the people in your relational orbit are going to come to know Jesus, then you must be fearless in sharing your gospel story with them. You have nothing to lose and they have eternity to gain. Tell the story. Tell your story. Heaven will back your testimony. - Pastor Jimmy
