I'm not talking about the fascinating series produced by Dallas Jenkins and his amazing cast. I'm talking about those who have said "Yes" to Jesus' invitation to, "Come, follow Me." So I may or may not be talking to you.
This is the passage that God used as the confirmation of my call to give my life as a minister of the Gospel. As I read this verse, I'm flooded with emotions and memories of 40 years of living on mission with Jesus.
You are chosen and appointed. The King James Version translates the word as "ordained," which means to set, fix, establish, or place. God calls us, then He establishes and places us where He wants us for His kingdom purposes.
Embrace and celebrate the truth that God has chosen, ordained, and placed you where you need to be. Ask, "Father, am I in alignment with Your plans for me?" Never forget, you are chosen. - Pastor Jimmy
