Three Words You Need to Hear
A number of years ago, I suffered a terrible betrayal in my work as a pastor in a local church. It could have broken me. Many have left vocational ministry over lesser things. In the midst of that storm, God spoke clearly to me one day: “Stay the course.”
Three words that fostered strength and a resolve I did not know I was capable of. Since that day, from time to time, I hear the “still small voice” of my Abba Father whispering to me, “Stay the course.” It snaps me right back to that place of hope and perseverance.
As I was praying about what to write this morning, I sensed that you need to hear these three words during this Christmas season as we enter the coming holidays. “Stay the course.” He is giving you the strength, grace, and resolve you need for this hour. - Pastor Jimmy
